Could you please elaborate a little on the Yoyager etch panels on the basic hull. What sort of details do these flat etched part give, which the plastic parts do not have? I do agree they look "cool", when not painted, but is there any real value in these parts?

The engine is almost done. Only need to attach the wiring.
I have added BMF and finished the enterior.

LINK Occam It seems like this kit would solve the problem of the short bidge:
