ThomasB I just got Tamiyas "new" 1/48 Humvee and wanted to make it more up to date. I have already got Black Dogs Iraq war Humvee set, but is there anything else that I should get? I know that their offering in 1/35 needs new wheels, is it the same for the 1/48?
Thankful for help on the subject. Becky I want to build an early OIF Humvee in 1/35, and I thought I should use Tamiyas M1025 kit. And I know that isn't a correct for OIF. Everything's going quite well, except for one thing. The tracks for the Panzer I is giving me nightmares.

No barrels are included in the Azimut set. Just some resin/metal parts and some PE. The MP set is the only one I know of. They have two different sets: one with only the barrels and one with the barrels and a few resin parts.
I agree with you Chris. I too would love to see some light ... magnusf Thanks for the profile but I think I'll avoid that one. I have the story and a few photos of it in the DTU book on the Mirage IIIC and in reality the pink was painted on rather roughly. It didn't stick very well either, the natural metal area in front of the windscreen had to be wiped clean in order... |
