Unarguably, the M4 Sherman is one of the most popular modeling subjects, however, due to its complexity and the enormous number of variants (and variables) it''s also one of the most difficult. Now, from Osprey Publishing comes another book (in their Modeling Series) which should help to ''lift the veil'' a little on this vehicle - Modelling the US Army M4 (76mm) Sherman Medium Tank (Osprey Modelling 40). Details of this interesting new title can be seen:

I have been eagerly awaiting this book ever since the first one. As a Shermaholic, one can never have too many Sherman books, refs. Additionally, the build techniques that Zaloga uses are clearly demonstrated in the first edition. This should be a good one!

I'll get this one as soon as it hits the LHS. One can never have too many Sherman resources.

AArgh! More sherman stuff I have to buy
I really like Steve Zaloga's style of modelling articles. Instead of just writinfg a list of things he did he actually shows how to do stuff. The previous Sherman 75 book is excellent.
