Splendid, there IS a god!

Well done Dragon, I'm not a big fan of gen 2 sets but I will get this one and hope for more.

The few Gen II figures Ive managed to get built, have been a treat. The little extra work with the extra parts is won back again, as the details don´t have to be scribed in, like the older figures. Ive found that more work going into this stage, make painting fun .... and thats not necessary with Gen II figures ... they´re good to go.
Much has been written about Dragons poses, but I like these and can see they´ll be quite adaptable .... even as tank riders! I can understand people wanting more action poses ... but if all figures were action poses, these would be appreciated.
I hope Dragon reconsider the way they make heads though. Splitting the face is not a good compromise even with helmet straps as that limits thier use and effect. I think the heads they added in the 10th anniversary box sets, were much better alternative. Why not offer both?

About time,someones got to fight all those german kits they release.

I like the poses, looks good for a group just hanging out in-between kicking butts on the road to Berlin, sucking down a few bottles of schnapps next to a knocked out German vehicle.
Now if only the poses in the box. match the poses on the box art.

Finally...some of the vaunted DML Gen2 figures for the Russian fans among us!

Yes, much has been written about Dragon's poses. I'm sure that the inevitable comparisons to Masterbox, et al, will be made, but I think these figs will be great for any number of uses. And - as stated previously - those Gen2 weapons will probably be worth the price of admission all by themselves.

Once again, this is the time for DML to release packs of weapons - no-one would disagree that the Gen II ones are the best on the market (including resin). This set has some great potential for conversions as well...

At last Dragon have decided to release something other than German figures.
Is this much of a surprise though...hardly!
When you look at the excellent variety of kits MasterBox have been releasing in the past year or two,Dragon obviously started to feel the heat..albeit a little too late
