This has been mentioned in the Diorama forum but I thought it deserved a permanent home on the News Page. A new guide to building dioramas will be published soon by two Hungarian modelers; László Harsányi and László Adóba.

It's a very interesting piece of news. However, the reality is that 'Bi-Lingual' is the only way to go with this kind of book. Take for example the policy of Xtreme Modelling, a Spanish publisher, but everything they publish is available in both Spanish AND English (seperate editions for each). I don't know if their Hungarian home-market can create a big enough demand to make this viable

Jim,

you are right with the English edition, but - unfortunately - we are not in the same boot as Xtreme Modelling. Neither the author, nor the publisher has a name in the community yet, so we needed to start from the safe ground to prove that we can produce something which is worth to look for. In case of the next volume - which is dealing with the natural surroundings - we probably will be able to issue the two version at once.

Looks a good addition
I often look at used household bits and pieces and think they could
be used for dioamas, but do not have the artistic flair to carry it out.
Help would be good, but in English.
