Thanks for the information!
I also just found this on PMMS.

This one is long awaited since its sister-kit (the 15cm s.Fh18) came out., and also I had plans for another small 10cm gun.
The kit details look very promising.

This one is on my -to buy- list.

greetings...

Oh boy, another one to add to the never ending list of excellent artillery kits. This one definitely looks nice. What's really the difference between the Kanone 18 and the sFH18 besides the longer barrel?

I know the 21 cm Mörser 18 was transported in two sections, does anyone have any information on this one? They both used the same innovative recoil-damping carriage.

No, the "10cm Kanone 18" and the "21cm Mörser 18" are very different guns!!!
The first one can be compared with the "15cm s.Fh18" which both were towed by the 8ton Sd.Kfz.7 "truck" and used the same carriage/base.

The "21cm Mörser 18" was a bigger calibre version of the "17cm Kanone 18" - these were transported in 2 parts, for longer distances... due to their very high weight.
For short distances they were towed in one piece by a 18ton Sd.Kfz.9 - but I´m not sure.

I have one image of a Mörser 18 getting towed by a captured Voroshilovets Tractor - in one piece. However, as far as i've checked, more commonly, the Voroshilovets would be used with the Kanone 18.

It would be great if they would release the crew as shown in the box art as well. That would be another very useful set.
I would prefer this model compared to the s.Fh18 ... the longer barrel gives it a more balanced/asthetic appearance.

A very interesting piece of Hardware. I may just pick one up. milvehfan

Special note for Dragon. How about some modern U.S. Artillery, like the M119, 105 howitzer and the M-777 with Crews included.

Does anyone have a clue as to when this kit may be released?

And yes, I concur with Milvehfan, some modern arty pieces will be extremely welcomed!
