MiniArt are poised once again to deliver new and interesting subjects for the AFV modeler looking for the unusual and the out of the ordinary.

This is quite interesting. I like how the kit includes the whole package deal instead of leaving the buyer to hunt down each component as individual kits.

Although I mainly do modern vehicles now... I see this as a great idea that I wish other manufacturers would follow. A complete set of the gun with the mover.. or the other way around!

Even if they come as two separate kits, for price considerations, it would still be nice to have both the gun and the mover (And crew if possible) by the same company... and not released too far apart.

This is a very interesting kit that looks like it has it all in 1 package and as Jeremy stated one does not have to go hunting down all the additional stuff. I'll be on the look out for this one for sure

Miniart is on to a winner here! It's good sense to reuse the T70 moulds, and I'm wondering if the same kit can be reissued with Soviet markings & crew for a double-dip? (I don't know enough about Red Army artillery...)

I have to say that for bang for the buck, MiniArt has delivered several times in recent history. It's a great concept and I hope others follow suit.

hi

the figures have been out for a long time.

I think the limber is possibly the only new item set. That's not to take anything away from Miniart, they do some nice stuff. I do wonder if the open top includes any sort of interior detail. If not that's going to cause some criticism of the set when its reviewed I'm sure.

Seems my photo in the above post doesn't want to appear, or appears sometimes not others. It's direct from Miniart site, so I've copied it to Kitmaker network and should now work.

This is the set I'm referring to

So are MA actually ready to release this kit? It's been on their "Coming Soon" list for an age now... along with those British tank riders they announced back in June '09

The T-70 kit has been around the longest and doesn't look like it's been re-tooled; and the limber is one of their latest state-of-the-art mouldings. Pity there will be a discrepancy in detail quality between the two. The figures are quite nice and are versatile - infantry at rest, etc.
