After studying some sprue shots I agree this is a rehash of their previous M113 kit with the weapons sprue from the Academy M113A1 kit. I'm kinda surprised they just did not rebox the whole Academy kit as they done with other Academy offerings.

The retail price for the Italeri kit in the USA is set at $55.00 Which in my opinion is not much of a bargain considering you get more with the Academy kit for USA retail of $26.00

Brian is absolutely right.
Why would anyone buy that at that price???
Academy is better quality with more accessories and 5 figures for like $23 on Hobby Easy.
