I have the Dragon JS-1
How late were they used in WWII and were they used after WWII by anybody???

IS-1.

From what I remember, not many as they were only small production run like the various KV's (S/85/122) and were rearmed with the 122mm gun (IS-2).

I would have to look as to where the information is, but I was recently reading online that the JS-1 (85mm armed) were still in use in Hungary at the end of the war. Apparently the Soviets had no problem using them as is and they were not rearmed...however, I am quite sure they were immediately retired after the war ended and standardization became more important than fighting.
