A new release from Minimanfactory is ready to roll, or should I say dump in 1/35 scale.

I've been trying to get (2) replacement parts now for 6 months.

Even offered to pay for them, and still no response. (Messages sent on two separate email accounts in case my original email was going to spam)

As I said above great products, but horrible customer service after the sale.

Still waiting Gabor....

He initially replied to me saying that he was unable to respond because he was away and wanted me to remind him of the parts needed in a week. (I reminded him as he asked after a weeks time)

I then recieved a follow up message from Gabor asking me to confirm the parts I needed.

That was several months ago. After a reasonable amount of time I messaged again and again, even in a foreign language I thought he could understand better if my Enlglish emails were to "wordy" to find out what the problem was.

So here we are and still no reply.....
