MiniArt has announced a great new offering in the works of an SU-122 with Full Interior. MiniArt has released some images of the model and it looks a great addition to their 1/35th scale range.

Looks great, but I'm no expert. I think most tanks should come with interiors.

Is the based on the AFV club T34 parts or it another new tooling done by Bronco for them?

I'll be keeping my one on this one to see how it works out. Love the kits with interior, although not a fan of the Soviet WWII stuff. Might consider if they make an Su-100 out of this (I presume the chassis is pretty much the same).

Well it is a nice piece of work that they have done, but what can you see of all the work that you have done with the interior after closing the hull.

It has clear parts; a couple of the images suggest the main fighting compartment will be clear. Hopefully they'll provide clear and normal opaque alternatives.
It also provides virtually all you need to model a wreck, and there's quite a number of German photos of these types destroyed for reference.

I always liked the look of this vehicle.

No release date given by Mini Art. Hate that. Its going to have 836 parts so it will be a monster of a kit.

I would rather have a usual exterior only kit (maybe with through the hatch detail) at half the price. Optional kit with full interior for those who want to pay more for that.

I'll definitely be buying this one but I'd also like to see an SU-85 and SU-100. The superstructures on the SU-122, SU-85 and SU-100 are all different though, so it's not just a matter of changing the armament.
