And none of them would have a full interior or 2016 standards of molding. There hasn't been a high quality new tool 1/35 Tiger II in years, let alone one with an interior.

Very interested. And, what do British tanks have to do with a KT?

Good news. For those of you who wish it was something else, kits like this generate money for Takom which can use it to bring out other new kits. Quit complaining.

For a long time, I wondered why there were so few Panzers with truly full interiors since the subjects sold so well. Adding an aftermarket engine and being able to show hatches open adds a lot. Now that they seem to be raining cats and dogs, is it any surprise that subjects that sold well without interiors and that therefore have been among the most kitted are getting the treatment, frustration of some modelers notwithstanding. New releases are so much more frequent than they ever were, it's just more and more for everyone.

What are you talking about? The new ICM KT isn't being released for months.

Um, this is their second if you count their 1/144 Ratte. It may be a paper panzer but is still WWII and German.

Plenty of German cats to go around. Why not a new Panther? A or G please. We could use a new Panther A.

What's the big deal? THERE ARE ENOUGH Tigers and Panthers out there already...

Tigers and Panthers obviously still sell so as long as the new kits offer something new, I fail to see what the issue is. Apart from Dragon/RMF's Tiger I line and Tamiya's Panther D, there hasn't been any state of the art kits of these subjects released for what, almost 10 years? The best Panther A on the market is still based on Dragon's old kit and we still haven't had a new bergepanther. Dragon's Tiger IIs are 10 years old and showing their age, Tamiya's almost 20!

Just because there are plenty of kits out there already doesn't mean they should not be updated to modern standards, otherwise we are standing still. That applies to all subjects. I would also ask, how many companies are still focusing primarily on WWII German? Dragon, with endless re-pops, are about the only one.

Hi,

There was a new KT kit from academy just two to three years back.
Its a decent kit. Then there is the similar one from Eduard as well.

Both kits are quite decent.

But i am very keen to see meng and takom's interpretation of the KT.
