I like the idea, but it is not really a petition on Facebook, and having to provide three names of modeller friends, sounds more like phishing to me.

Nothing about phising. You are wrong.
It is a seriously initiative to joke with it.
"Having to provide three names of modeller friends" is to viralize and expand the message, Facebook works in this way, or does not work.
If you agree, you can click like, or share, or comment, or provide one, two, three or forty names.
If not agree, do anything.
This is the first step to draw the attention of IPMS and jointly nominate this day to commemorate Shep Paine Memorial and making it the International Modelling Day.
My name is Jaime Olhagaray and I am only a bad modeller, and a little child who grew up with admiration for the great Shep Paine. Do not look for ghosts.
