Miniart have already released a "special edition" T-80 tank in 2010. This looks like a bundle of that and set 35009.

They did bundle with the T-70, unfortunately I was not impressed with the figures. But this might be worth the shot.

I've had the figure set for some time , nice but larger (1/32scale ? )than the other Russian figures I have by Dragon , Tamiya and MiniArt . Maybe take a look in the box before taking them home from your LHS

What a grumpy looking crew ! Nice painting by whoever. This looks to be a pretty nice kit. Tracks look to be very detailed. The PE, 3 padlocks per stowage bin? The Tsar's jewels must be hidden in them Seriously, the PE looks good too. Any idea of price yet ?

I'm building the T-70 special edition at the moment and that is very nice and as I'm in the market for a T-80 the special edition comes just at the right time. Be aware it does need a little work but nothing major.
Oh those are not padlocks on the storage bins those are the clasps.

Only thing I would (and have) change is the gun barrel.
