Dragon has turned its attention to the early part of Wittmann’s career, where he cut his teeth commanding a StuG.III Ausf.A during Operation Barbarossa on the Eastern Front in 1941. At that time he fought with the elite LAH Division.

Very interesting. Dragon had released a very old Wittman Stug - later reissued as a Cyberhobby Orange Box offering - but as I recall there were some accuracy issues...

Your not reading it carefully ,it say it has a brand new upper hull ect, So i would take that to mean this is done on the new stug bits not the old .Mind you time will tell.

I guess I didn't word that very well.. What I meant was it was interesting because it is a new offering compared to the 1997 one. I am sure it will be newly tooled with some donor parts like suspension etc coming from other kits..

Oh Look! Another re-release of another older kit that will be upgraded and re-released once again in a few years to the stupefication of model builders everywhere who were suckered into buying the earlier version(s) of said kit!

PS- For the "Humorless"* out there, I DO know how to spell "Hospital"...

* U.S. spelling of "Humourless"
