Stephen Armstrong shares some pictures of a Wehrmacht truck that has received some unwanted attention from the R.A.F. using Italeri''s venerable Opel Blitz in 1/35 scale.

Nicely done! I personally would have expected pieces after drawing the attention of a Typhoon, rather than a burnt-out hulk, but then it is an impressive hulk. Its also a good use of a rather long-of-tooth kit.

Great concept ! Love this idea. There were a very many trucks like this littering Normandy by the end of August.

Maybe it was a MK1 Spitfire sporting .303's and not cannons
