That is a fine looking Hungarian flag on the box art.

Great news. With this turret we almost have a T-54 from the 1967 war. Hope they keep going and get the T-54A and T-55 already!

I thought the T-54B was next, but this one is good to see too. m4sherman, weren't there a few t-54 variants in the 1967 war? Isn't it possible some of these were in the mix?

The T-54B is out, I got mine this evening. I plan on doing some work on it while I'm waiting for the cursing I'm doing on the Trumpeter D20 152mm to settle down.

I can't say if this version was used. I can say the T-54A was used, and became the base for the Tiran 4's. This turret on the T-54B might give us a T-54A?

When those who know comment on this version we'll know more. I'll probably get the kit either way.

Interesting enough but Scalemates shows MiniArt #37009 is for the T-54A with interior, and 37017 for no interior. Due in 2017.

Here I was impressed simply to have a T-54 with an interior...and a nice-looking one at that just waiting for super-detailing!

I just hope they keep going right on up the lineage, at least up to the early T-72 variants. I'm not so impressed with the big T's take on the 62, 64 and early 72's.

Agreed, especially the T-62's which Trump really screwed up at the rear of the hull.
