Name should be US Marines, or perhaps US Marine Corps Infantryman - they typically are not referred to as 'soldiers' - that's for the US Army.

The M1 slung on the shoulder looks wrong to me. The receiver group/rear sight is "off". Looks more like the M1 Carbine rear sight.

The Marines also used an open face belt buckle and a Khaki web belt. Other wise good figures.
