Just what popped into my head when I saw the title. An ambulance or doctors car? Not long ago in the mobile home park near me it meant a visit from the narcotics squad.

Refers to an ambulance service where instead of the patient brought to the hospital to see a doctor, the doctor comes to the patient's home. The Russian term 'Pomosh na Domu' (as written in cyrillic) can be translated as 'Home Aid/Assistance'.
