Mr. Base white 1000?

Should I be using this or some other Mr. as a base coat?

Hi,

I know that guys from Japan love to use them. But frankly speaking- I don't know their advantage over normal paint. For base cote of my tanks I use Tamiya Sky Grey acrylics, And I'm happy with results.
