Just posted - an advance look at some of the AFV releases that ICM Holdings will be doing in 2007 with (a first for the company) vehicles in both 1/35th AND 1/48th scale. The full story can be seen:

UNBELIEVABLE

Ok the Studebaker is really nice... the Kfz2 is a real surprise and something that is really into my street... but again when the 1:35th world is screaming for affordable civillian cars then the cars are made but in the wrong scale

I think I'm going to cry? This is not a debate Axis vs Allied... This is about something that can be used in a lot of diorama's being a staff car or just an ordinairy civillian car.

Sigh... we probably only can dream about this thing to happen.

With friendly greetz

I've been seeing that Studebaker listed as coming soon over at Hobbyterra.com for maybe the past 7 or 8 months.. so I hope we actually see these releases in 2007.

The ICM figures are getting a bit better. I just got their latest with the officer having his shoes shined.. and it's not too bad.

I agree with Robert(Faust) regarding the civilian cars in 1/35. I just don't get it. They would make great dio additions and would sell very well. Why do companies keep shying away from them.. at least in 1/35?

Well, I am glad to see someone recognizing that there were other manufacturers of trucks in WWII other than GMC.

I can't wait to stack them up against my Mack NO!
