They look really nice. I agree on the weapon though. I have never heard of a Garand Light .50 either. It too looks like a Barrett M107 .50 cal to me too. The other thing about these figures is that they look like they are on a competetion range, not in combat. Where are their helmets and body armor?

with a vast fire arms knowledge i have never heard of a garand light 50, also gino i think it mite be designed to portray an e.o.d unit, possibly special forces or even just weapon testing and sight aligning in base mabye??? i do have a picture of an e.o.d opperator without armour or helmet, p.s could they be pmc's hence the little military affiliation provided,mabye the gun is even a little known civilian copy of the barret or if it is a special forces team then mabye it is a new highly accurised varient still in the classified trials????

In Jim's defence if you don't know your weapons a simple mistake is very easy to make. The rifle does indeed appear to be the Barrett M107, this rifle comes in two versions with the barrel length being the only difference. This set is number three with a sniper toting the .50. My only change would be to move the spotter to the left side of the shooter the cartridge case is heavy and leaves the weapon at a fair speed, and you wouldn't want to catch it. This set has the shooting mat and the small bergen, although a few items will need to be added - weapons for the spotter and sniper, heltmets and body armour. Still I think this one of the best ones yet. Regards Brian

Either ACU pattern for US Army or MARPAT for USMC. The figures could be either since the uniforms are cut very similar. Both services' uniforms have the upper sleeve and lower calf pockets that the figures have. ACU MARPAT, Woodland and Desert

On the USMC jacket I believe there isn't any velcro pieces on the arm pockets to fix some patches and insignas, like on the US Army jacket.

You are correct, the pockets are there, but sans velcro. No velcro on the front of the USMC jacket for MARINES and Name tapes nor rank either.
