Miniarm has gone T90 crazy since Zvezda released their kit onto the market. This time around Miniarm has released nine new products aimed at the T90 but there is a twist to it. Look inside for more details.
These nine new releases from Miniarm tackle the Zvezda T90 which is a good kit to start with but these offerings both improve the detail and make some minor corrections. A plus with these releases is that they also in some cases tackle the Tamiya offering and also in one case improve the T72. Here are the items that Miniarm has released.

• B35021 - T-90 Road wheels set, 24pcs for Zvezda & Tamiya kit

• B36034 - T-90, Workable tracks set, drive sprockets, and idler wheels for Tamiya & Zvezda kit

• B35065 - Modern Russian AFV ERA Block "Contact-5" for T-90 for Zvezda & Tamiya kits

• B35066 - T-90A m2009, Welded turret, includes PE parts for Zvezda kit

• B35067 - T-90, Correct set for upper hull, includes PE parts for Zvezda kit

Looks good but... the biggest let down is the absence of a metal barrel...

Some nice releases and I will probably grab a set of track links. I just hope their Q.C. has improved of late as every set for the T-64 and T-72 series I bought had broken or missing pieces. Gary

Is the upper hull really worth spending the $50 for it? I'm curious what exactly comes with it, other than the PE exhaust, side armor plates, plow, and frontal armor.

Hi Everyone; Is it worth it Thats up to ones own mind, its suppose to have addressed the Hull issues. As far as the rest theres no Dought on the quality of Miniarm and how Correct they are. Its a Matter of Cost, The new AA Gun is real nice as you get the Kord & new Barrel, now if you really want too go way-out then Buy Model Points Barrel and replace it The after-market products are real nice. And sometimes there worth it. As for me, the kit doesent need it. CHEERS; MIKE.

I figured that they would do this eventually to keep the molds useful. I am a little surprised they haven't released a modification of their early cast turret to fit the Zvezda kit. I have to admit, I don't find the Zvezda kit dodgy enough to be worth close to $200 in upgrades. Matt

I think this is really a case of how accurate do you want to be, you may want the turret and MG or just the deck additions or maybe the tracks. the products have been split up into various parts and so you have the option of adding it all or just what you want and so I believe these are great products.

Hello Everyone; As in everything, there always room for Improvement, some of the kits items have been Addressed ie; Barrel, Side Skirts, Engine Deck & Screens, Tracks, etc, How Far are You Willing to Go ! Cost, Desire for a different version, Willingness too Expirement or Practice scratch building. In my Own Build of this Outstanding Model the only Parts that i thought needed replaced were the Barrel & Engine Screens, Model Points barrel W/O the Thermo Sleeve was a vast improvement over the kits item. One can Spend many Hours on Research for a vehicle and find a Wealth of info, Pics, showing many variations MIKE
