New figures in from Alpine, two great looking crewmen to tank control of that tank.
Alpine Miniatures are releasing two great looking Panzer crew members in 1/35 scale, singley or in a set. The two WSS Panzer crew are pictured in a Panther, but could be used in any tank I would presume. Also included in this announcement is an attractive looking DAK Grenadier in 1/16 scale.

Thanks for the compliment! Actually, one of my earlier figures (35006) also has both head set and throat mic.

Yes, very cool looking figures! I specially like the more relaxed/bored(?) crewmember. The folded hands and the wristwatch are really nice touches. Here's an idea for the master sculpter, Mr. Harmms, please do a crewmember, who's sitting in the loaders hatch on a Panther. We really need that Best regards Jacob

Thank you again, guys. Far too kind! Actually I did think about making a figure sitting in the circular loader's hatch of Panther turret. It was just too complicated to have the figure sit in with his hands holding on to the handle at the turret roof. There's a big chance that the figure will not fit into the spot right.

As always, the relaxed and natural positioning is just perfect. My only request, as always, is I would dearly love to see Alpine's excellent command of sculpting and pose used for more animated or "in action" figures. Or, ones that have multiple figures heavily interacting. Matt

Now we're on the money, Just perfect.The throatmike and poses are just the part . I think I might buy another panther just for this crew . Excellent detail and painting , when's the driver coming out ? Alpine have done a marvelous job. Thanks Michael

I have just started recognizing figures as a crucial part of the build. I am a slow learner. I do like the folded hand work and the mics too. All we must do then is attach the cords or wiring for the competed look. Thanks for making these, I must get a set when money starts flowing again. ~ Jeff
