Dan Taylor Modelworks has released a new product titled Petrol or Water Carrying Frames.
Dan Taylor Modelworks has looked into photo etched items for their latest offering for the fans of braille scale. This etched brass set is designed to recreate the metal frames that carried Jerry cans and flimsies on wartime trucks. It is a simple set with five different frame types (two of each), so ten frames in total. They are designed to accompany our British Vehicle Stowage set which has suitable cans to fill the frames. They are so simple, in fact, that they do not need annealing or a folding tool and can be bent to the correct shape in second.

These are particularly useful in dioramas where you can show troops refuelling or perhaps a wrecked and looted vehicle. Though specified as 1/76 scale, they are perfectly suitable for 1/72 vehicles as well.

Would be great to have these in 1/35 as well!! And I suppose the German equivelent wouldn“t be bad either. They look like very handy items to have.
