You should read about the behind-the-scenes stories about the Barbara Stanwick movie Lady of Burlesque or various Betty Grable movies. It was hard work to keep that waistband covering the navel. In fact a bit of flesh colored tape was often used because the costumer know it would peep out. They won't be quite as glamorous as pictured...after all, they're plastic not resin castings. I have the two bathing girls from MB's previous set, and, while good for plastic, just don't have the quality of resin. Really careful painting will improve their look.

Strange choice of subject. Not one I'll be able to find a use for unless I was modelling a Parisien brothel frequented by German officers which isn't actually on my list of possible diorama subjects...lol

These figures look like they would be perfect for a USO show diorama. I'm not sure if two piece bathing suits were the norm during World War Two, the bikini wasn't invented till 1946, but during the Korean War and early Cold War era the outfits will fit right in. Now all you'll need is a comedian swinging a golf club.
