Since we're nut and bridge counting... while the top horn and headstock may say tele, the pick guard, selector switch placement and tone/volume pot layout is definitely a strat style. *in before 'back in my day we just played and had fun/here's six pages of technical blueprints to make up for my really meager playing skills'

Definitely a mix between the two Telecaster body... with Stratocaster pickups, pick guard, etc.

I think the artist mixed strat and tele in order to avoid legal issue with Fender... very cool subject!

Has anyone found where it's available yet? TIA and rock on! (Thinking this would look pretty good on the MIB zombie killer on the cycle.)

It is all Stratocaster, head and body and pick ups everything. My Jeff Beck is exactly like that.

Not at all. Take another look at the shape of the body. The body is all Telecaster. The rest is Stratocaster.

Yes, I believe that may be the case here. Here's a list of its distributors

The pickups could be repurposed if you are careful. And I have seen a LOT of custom Tele configurations, so there might even be one with the Strat pickups, you'd have to check. But yeah, I wouldn't use it straight out of the box or you will likely get some flak from purists.

Clearly, it's a Japanese-made knock-off, and not at all an authentic Fender product. This guitar was probably purchased by a soldier on leave from the war in Viet Nam.
