Toro Models has announced a couple of figures that have appeal, one of them should be a big talking point and so a great addition to a scene. The two figures are General Josef Haller and a rickshaw driver.
Toro Models release of a General Josef Haller figure in 1/35th scale surprises me a little as it use is limited due to it being from 1920 during the Polish Bolshevik war of 1919 – 1921. This period of history does not come up very often and so I wonder how many will want it. The other figure announced of a rickshaw driver with his rickshaw also in 1/35th scale. I suspect that like me the word rickshaw conjures up images of a young Chinese lad making his way in life, but no this is a 1940’s European male and so in my opinion will make for a talking point that will attract a lot of attention.
