MiniArt introduces another variant of the Kolibri at 1/35, the V-21
The kit of this German helicopter will have 189 parts, of which 11 are photoetch. Being 1/35 like armour vehicles and figures, it has multiple possibilities on a scene.

It makes sense that they would post a 1/35 aircraft into the dio forum. There are a few aircraft that would lend themselves well to this, mostly spotting and light utility, Piper, Lysander, Storch

My opinion, as already exposed when you complained the same way on the other Kolibri news, is that being 1/35 it makes sense to add it to armorama news. Similar items have been posted before: Academy RQ-7B UAV in Figures Bronco Horsa Glider in General Italeri PT-109 Motor Torpedo Boat in Armor Hobby Fan Aircat Airboat in Armor as well And you have never complained, so I wonder if you have a problem with the helicopters put in the Diorama section, or it's simply something against me. If the first, I have no problem moving it to General, Figures or armor. If the second, I can not remember any time I may have offended you, in fact I have always found your messages very informative and documented.

Just to please some people you'll have to add two more forums: one for 1/35 scale wingy-things; and one for 1/35 scale floaty-boats!

Those are the technical nomenclature for those items so we should use them.

Nothing against you at all. I just think helicopters should be in the Rotary Wing Forum, regardless of scale, as that is what it is for. As to the other subjects, I don't really care about them, but they would be better in their respective forums as well.

I rarely go to other sites on Kitmaker since my interests lie mainly with 1/35 subjects. I think the usefulness of this kit in relation to 1/35 dioramas can not be overstated. If it hadn't been posted here I may not have seen it. Let's just all take a deep breath. It's a hobby site. Have fun.

And here's little ol' me thinking "Wow! what an interesting addition to the modelling world..." not realizing what a huge cow pie that I had apparently just stepped into. Seriously, couldn't we find something better with our time than raging about categories? Sure, it would fit in great in a dio and it would be fine standing on its own. Who cares? Build the damn thing and move on.
