DEF Model released a new figure set in 1/35 scale, depicting South Korean Army tank crew.

DF35016 - Modern ROK Army Tank Crew Set (1990-2010)

The set includes three figures. Loader figure comes with 2 head options.

Consists of 17 resin parts and 1 PE plate.

Looking pretty good. If you were to shave off the epaulettes on the shoulders and the leg pockets, these guys could be US tankers in the '70s wearing tucked in OG-107 uniforms. You could swap the heads for bone domes for '60s tankers as well.
