AFV Club has sent us several new images of their upcoming kit, the M54A2 truck.
This model will feature:
  • Front wheel adjustable steering
  • Precisely replicated details of cabin interior
  • Highly detailed transmission system
  • Cargo bed seats can be shown folded or extended
  • Canvas can be installed or not
  • Accurately reproduced chassis and suspension systems
  • Photoetch parts included
  • Plastic injection tires
  • Decals for three decorations during the Vietnam War

Right,Gino, I pre-ordered mine two months ago, trusting that the production plastic would not be a let-down. Looks like a great companion to my Cold War horde. The top bows and the safety strap, the positionable windshield panels.... I only hope I don't have to make the canvas tie-down loops myself, as was the case on another recent truck.

Through my local hobby shop, Burbank House of Hobbies (houseofhobbies.com). I believe Stevens International in Los Angeles is the US distributor for AFV. Still waiting for a recommended retail price.

hHERE in the NSW some vendor advertise at 54 aus but no ones know when AFV will be having in windows yet
