His legs make it seem that way. My chief complaint is the almost complete lack of expression on his face. A scowl or grimace, a haunted look, anger, etc. Anything except placid would seem appropriate.

I would hope that there is also a choice of heads. The wearing of this type of cap with the later-war reed-green uniform would be a bit unusual. More appropriate would be an M43 billed field cap. The providing of an additional head might be a way to address the "plain Jane" aspect of the face. I might point out that the reed-green HBT uniform was deliberately oversized to accommodate the wearing of the standard black Panzer uniform underneath, thus making the wearer appear to be be heavier than otherwise would be the case. German field "cuisine"--any army's field food, for that matter--did not tend to yield too many fat tankers or soldiers, so I guess we could attribute the "fat ass" to the uniform. At least it's a regular Army tanker as opposed to an SS one, since there seems to be no shortage of those.

I would say most resin fig releases don't show the generous cut of the trousers like this. They tended to be quite large. No skinny jeans in those days. The side cap was used a lot by tankers still at this point. Works better inside a tank. Blank expression well..... not much to do about that one. I would say it lends itself to way more situations than a character face would? J

This is evidenced by the fold of the trouser over the lifting eye at the rear of the turret. Nice attention to detail.
