New resin kit released by Crielmodel depicting the Fiat 508. This car was assigned to Regiment's (or equivalent units) commanders and in production from 1931 to 1937.

During 1931, when the estabilishment of the first motorized units of the Regio Esercito started, the need for a car for the battalion and regiment commanders raised.
Fiat made a special version of the existing Balilla that was adopted in 1932 and was in service until the end of WWII, after serving with good results in East Africa and Spain. The Fiat 508 was built in two version: 3 and 4 speed gear. Production ended in 1937.
The kit consists of roughly 40 parts showing a good level of detail and virtually free from air bubbles. The resin is quite malleable and easy to work with.
Decals will be supplied as an option in a near future.
