Another brief (but interesting) look at two more variants of the Staghound which are 'in-progress' from Bronco Model.
They've been talked about for a while now, but two of the more interesting variants now seem to be close to completion - the Anti-Aircraft variant and the Mk. III.

CB 35021 - Staghound Mk.III

and

CB 35026 - Staghound A.A. Armored Car

The first used the Crusader turret, the second, twin-mount .50 cals in a custom-designed turret.

As always, our thanks to Terry and to Bronco Model for providing the images!

More good news. If they are tying the AA version in with Accurate Armour who worked on the resin version for their kit then this sould be a neat vehicle. Life just keeps getting better AL

I've seen the AA anti-aircraft turret and to be honest wasn't terribly impressed, the turret area where the gunner sat was molded solid. I hope he Bronco version has this area of the turret hollowed out and better detailed. Darryl

I don't know if the two companies are still cooperating - anyone got more insight into this?
