I just hope I get mine, been burned twice

I enjoy MMiR, but they are horrible when it comes to your renewal. You never receive a reminder and never know if you will receive the current magazine due to the fact it hits the LHS circuit before it goes to folks with subscriptions. At $48 per year, you would think they would cultivate their customer base by sending reminders....but, alas, business must be good and customers plentiful

Agreed. Nothing in the mail even though it's in the stores and had to back track my cc payment to find out when my subscrip expires. Like their magazine but their business model is horrible In the future I'll just buy by the issue and be done with it.

This has been 'done to death' more than once and as stated you would think or hope that somebody would 'take a hint' as they say. The owner and staff never offer an explanation nor do they communicate at any level? I was burned as well, just like many others, hence my reluctance to subscribe ever again. Keith.

Anybody get one in the mail yet?

I got mine on May 2nd. I love the mag, i dont know what everyone is complaining about....
MAY 11, 2011 - 01:24 PM
Well, my complaint is that I paid for a subscription in 2004 and hurricane Katrina put and end to that after one or two issues. I waited till 2010 to risk it again. I subscribed in October 2010, got one or two issues again then nothing. If I get screwed again I wil never give them another penny

Hi James: I got my subscription copy in the mail earlier this week. Whenever I have had a question about my subscription, such as a concern my copy was lost or not sent out, I have just called Jeff Kleinheinz at 561-266-9686. He has always been very helpful. Hope your copy shows up soon. Keith

I've had mine for 10 days (?) read it cover to cover, good stuff. The "Editor's Letter" barely touched on their problems. I think it was a good thing about that. You can tell the magazine was ready to go to press when they had their " Problems " as the reviews are of things that have been out a while. Good quality printing and paper. I just hope they can keep delivering a good product every 2 months. Have a great weekend everybody ! Tom
