Yesterday was an excellent day for Allied modelers. Today though is an equally impressive day for the Modern enthusiast as we're able to bring you the first images of Hobby Boss' M1070 HETS in 1/35th Scale.
No word yet on release date, but with the test model finished, it can't be that far away. The new model will be:

85502 - M1070

Not much to add but to express my thanks to our colleagues at Hobby Boss for sharing these first images with us!

It was mentioned earlier that the trailer would be sold separately...I don't get the reasoning behind this. I can see selling the cab as a separate kit, but the trailer.

Maybe for those who want to use it with another tractor truck : ...providing they manage to find a 1/35th scale Mercedes Frenchy

OK, that's a keeper. Anyone want to buy a slightly used kidney.?.. hmmm that one seems popular so the price is down, well there are other organs.

The PE included in this kit makes it resemble a photo shoot for a Voyager detail up set. That's pretty impressive. The detail on the differential housing looks very nice. I would like to see some photos of the cab interior and the exposed engine bay. Wish they wouldn't use rubber for the tires or airbags...
