Introduction

ET Model is a recent Chinese AM. They are currently producing PE and resin upgrading kits.
In this new release, ET Model decided to work on active protection system as seen on Merkava III/IV. They misnamed it Windbreaker system since the Windbreaker system or Trophy developed by Rafael does not look like the "Droid" shape found in this kit.

This anti-missile active protection system is currently in use with the IDF. This anti-missile device developed by Rafael is designed to give extra protection, and is mounted on their main battle tanks. The unit is comprised of a camera with multiple vision ports (9 in total mounted).

Content of the kit

The kit is well packed in a clam-shell transparent plastic box and the kit parts are further protected with plastic bubble film.
The content of the kit is as following:

• One resin part
• One PE fret
• One transparent film
• A4 sheet instruction set

The kit is a pretty easy kit compared to the Voyager one. The PE has only 15 parts and only 4 building steps so rapid build is expected.

The main part of the kit is in resin and all of the other details are PE. It was difficult to obtain good information to clearly address the accuracy of the kit. From the couple of pictures found, the kit seems to be accurate and the build is pretty straightforward. To complete the build, it will be necessary to used copper wire and some plastic rods.

When compared to the similar item found in the market, this kit is easier to build for the same level of details.

Like most of the ET Model, it can be tricky to find where to buy it, so far Hobby easy is the only place where to find it. Surprisingly, it is more expensive than the Voyager counterpart.

Conclusion

I rank 80% on the intrinsic quality and engineering of the kit (easy build), regarding the accuracy, maybe people will comment on the review. Please check the pictures for further information.
