Thanks Keith for the review. These figures also come in a set with the farm car which is where I got them.. As regards the height issue they fit quite well with Miniart and Dragon figures. I find TANK figures quite large in comparison.

Masterbox are producing so many sets that you might not need figures from other sources for a diorama anyway

It's worth noting that Jackboots were worn right up to the end of the war by those who had them. As the German Army retreated Rear Echelon troops who managed to hang on to their Jackboots found themselves in the front line so I wouldn't worry about it.
