Want to give your Panzer III or IV the correct shoes for Spring and Fall on the Eastern Front... Maybe Riich has what you are looking for.

Thanks for the warning, Robert. I too was very thrilled by these tracks, but I think I'll pass on these. Life's too short for bad models. Hope someone else is going togive these a shot, since they are needed in styrene.
Best regards
Jacob

As the tracks are accurate I see no reason to avoid them. I do thank Robert for pointing out the difficulty in assembly, but I see no other reason to avoid them if you have the time needed to work on them. Something that is a little odd is the separate pins which should have been used to lock the tracks together rather than using a nipple and recess method.

Well that is what puzzles me the most as well. I have tried to wrap my head around why Riich decided to spend the time for something that serves absolutely no purpose for the "working" of the tracks. The tracks do that already when clicked together (more or less).
The only reason I can think of is that this way the people at Riich avoid a nasty to clean moldline.

But yeah if you have the time and the money... by all means give them a shot. They are well detailed. But in the end it probably gives you the same result as normal indy links since you still have to glue them. At a much higher price. I personally would avoid them if Riich doesn't improve them. I have heard similar experiences from other modelers about this set. Which is a real pitty.
