Thanks Seb, nice review.

The number of parts certainly explains the price tag. Will you be doing a build log soon?

98%? That's nearly perfect. No knock-out holes, no flash, no problems with the instructions, nothing wrong? That is almost impossible to believe with a Trumpeter kit. They can make a good model when they put their minds to it, but 98% is something rare and exceptional.

Is the piece shown in photo number 7 broken or near broken?

Hi;

Yes it is Nearly Broken. It appears that it got Crunched at the End, its the Towing crutch that attaches too the base. I have Purchased four of these and they are quite nice, altho I have replaced the Barrels with Model Point Items.

CHEERS; MIKE.

I'm curious why this "nearly broken" item wasn't noted in the review?

I would think knowing if it was received that way or if the reviewer did it himself would be important to know (at least for me).

Well, that's life I guess. Mike, I've tried searching for "Model Point Items" and I've found just about everything there is on the internet except ZU-23 barrels lookalike lol. Could you guide me plz to what they are please (again)?

[EDIT] Mike, I've found them. It was the gasket fault! You know the big fat useless thing sitting between the chair and the keyboard. I just didn't search for the right words. Thank you.

I just saw this little kit on Amazon for just twenty-five dollars; it looks pretty nice. I might buy one to put in the back of the Roden Kraz-255 truck I just started. I had hip surgery last week, and that will give me something to do while I'm recovering.
It would be nice if one of the better-quality aftermarket companies would produce a set of crewmen for this gun - I don't like anything I've seen so far - and maybe some more ammo boxes. I guess we can't have everything we want, though in this day and age, I do get many things I never thought I'd see in plastic.

Was it the Trumpeter? How much is the S&H?

Canada Custom hits us with fees if it's over 20$, at least the last time I ordered from the USofA and Canada Post added a 10$ fees for collecting the Customs fees.

After that, I stopped and started ordering from Hong-Kong/China/Taiwan because they add a little "check" at "gift" on the shipping sticker.
