Don't know if this has been already suggested but how about some welders gear. There are several sets available with the gas and oxygen bottles with lids but not the actual valve on top.

The LVTP5 bogie wheels finally arrived and they are every bit impressive! Shapeways has gotten very slow.
The axle is too long but thats my fault, I used kit parts to measure and did not catch they were so long. Easy fix, just snip a bit off the end.
The pic shows the kit bogie wheel on AM track with the 3D-printed wheel for comparison. One side has the rubber wheel mounted while the other does not. The 3D-printed wheels are outstanding!!! Thank you for doing these.

No problem! Unfortunately, Shapeways changed their printing and shipping times. You now get to pay some percentage for Shapeways to print your order at the speed they used to print it at! Or you don't have to pay and they'll take their sweet time doing it whenever they feel like it. There's still people who placed an order on November 26 and their orders are still pending. It pisses me off that they do this but unfortunately, we can't do anything about it. They seem to now be marketing more towards larger companies who need industrial prototyping.
Also, be prepared for price increases soon. The "Grandfathered-in Pricing" will be ending. It's slated to end on the 31st. They are saying that most models will have a 10-20% base price increase.

Can you design lengths of 1/35, 1/24, 1/20, 1/18, and 1/16 Picatinny Rails? That way, one can modify any existing rifle with these rails and tack on all sorts of doodads to the rifle. A gun is considered modern if it has Picatinny Rails. Even an old M1 Garand or M-16A1 with Picatinny Rails would be considered unique.
It would be very helpful for updating modern, Rebel, Post-Apocalyptic, to Sci-Fi weapons.

1/20 and up I can definitely look into and should be pretty easy. I already have a sample picatinny rail I use to add on to firearm models. But 1/35 and probably 1/24 will be too small.

How about making the flotation collar part for the upper deck of an M108/M109 howitzer? It is required to backdate the AFV Club M109A2 or M109A6 kits. It is the boomerang-shaped part just forward of the turret opening on the below Italeri hull top.
Each end has a rectangular box that contains four connectors for the flotation gear hoses.
It also has tabs with bolts at intervals along its perimeter to attach it to the hull top.

I can't sell them through Shapeways because they are too small. I'll run a test print of them on my printer and see how they come out. If they look good I'll sell them through my website.

How about the top half of the trumpeter AVGP grizzly early? Just the Top half of the turret. Corrected shape, sight and vision port?????

I will be ordering direct from your website instead. I did not see the P5 wheels in the list but can tell they will be butt-pain expensive.
I need too many more sets for ShapeWays to get all Mr. Burns (Simpsons) on me. Would it be possible to merge the rubber and steel wheels into a single piece (pieces 1 and 3 from the drawings [builder can supply the shaft])?
May make it cheaper and easier to apply to the kit, especially for the inside wheels.

I'm currently in the process of printing out a test model of the T49. It takes a very long time because many parts are so large. Both hull halves take just under 24 hours to print! Eventually I would like to try to sell it as a kit but unfortunately, I won't be able to offer very many. As a first run, I think I'll only be able to offer no more than 5 entire kits. If there's enough demand for more I'll try to print more if I have the time.

Mainly interior parts.
