Stef we know they built at least one and I doubt if it was wasted but since there is not any recorded proof it's a maybe.
I love building SPGs and as you said it looked interesting so I ask Armorama if I could build it.

I'll grant you that its an interesting and plausible beast. Surprising that Skoda didn't produce it briefly after the war before everything Soviet was produced.
