Hi,

Since the initial 150- campaign is getting close to its end, I thought about proposing a Mk. II, follow-up campaign.

The rules would stay the same as with the currently running campaign:

No limitation on scale, era or subject.

1. Part count of 150 or less
- AM parts are counted if placed on the vehicle
- scratch-built parts are counted as sensible sub-components (e.g single rivets are not counted but riveted panels as a whole do)
2. Any kind of kit, any scale, any era
3. Partially started kits are not allowed provided the simplicity of such kits
4. Posting your builds in other campaigns IS allowed
5. You must upload an image of the kit before starting as an evidence of its state along with evidence of the date the image was taken on (newspaper of the day, website with the current date, a piece of paper with the date on it, etc)
6. At least two WIP photos (the more, the better) need to be uploaded along with the finished piece appearing in the campaign gallery. Separate building blogs or threads are welcome and encouraged.
7. Definition of a finished model: the model that has been completely assembled and painted (weathering is optional).

As for the time frame, I thought about starting it in July and having it run until the end of the year so, more or less 6 months.

What do you all think?

Howdy Y'all
I'm in; just have to decide which kit I'll be building. So many choices; I'm working on some other campaigns so a later start date and longer timeframe would work better for me. If not, I'll still make it work.
Thank you for take this on.

Count me in Cristian. I enjoyed myself during the last one and I'm bound to have something in the stash that fits the bill. Actually thinking about it off the top of my head there's at least half a dozen so I'm a definite.

I'm in, but I think a July start is a bit too soon. There are already eight campaigns set to end in December, five of them on Dec 31. Since there are no campaigns kicking off after 1 Sep until 11 Nov, I would recommend starting in Sep-Oct.

Great! Thank you!

I agree, a start date in July is probably not doable plus summer tends to be slow modelling-wise so September be it. As for the duration, I was thinking at 6 months so it might end in February.

I'm going to send this off for approval over the weekend.

Here's also a first proposal for the logo/banner:

Howdy Y'all
Christian, I like the Lego block idea, the cool ribbon was the reason I joined. My daughters are big Lego builders and I can't wait to show them the new ribbon on my profile.
My suggestion is rather than put a "II" on the ribbon how about simply changing the color of the Lego block?
The red Lego block is for the first campaign. Say a blue block is for the second campaign, if there is third campaign use a yellow block, etc. etc...
Just my 2 cents, it's your campaign and I appreciate that you have taken this on. This is a perfect campaign for my 1/48 armor kits.
Take Care,
Don "Lakota"

That's a good idea, Don! Actually, I just realized the initial logo came from Clayton (ClaytonFromEllijay) so I should probably ask for his permission before using it here
