Hi, guys!
UPDATE

T-54 base coated with "Russian" green:

Brown color added:

Then the dark yellow:

Model photographed against the instructions manual; pretty close, but not identical

After the paint was dry enough to handle, I dry fitted the AA MG to see the final looks:

I still have a few things to do around this model, so stay tuned! More updates soon.

Cheers!

Hi, guys!

UPDATE

I installed the tracks and the towing cables. None of those went very easy, but I'm happy with the way trey're looking at the end.

I still need a few touch-ups before the final gloss coat, then I'll be ready for weathering.

Thank you for following!
More updates soon!

Coming out great Gabriel.
And thanks for the reply back awhile, that is one heck of a kit.
Only thing's I ever built from MiniArt was there buildings.
Which I found to be good as compared they were Vacuum formed.
I might have to get this kit, thanks for the walk thru the build.

Cheers

Jeff, thank you very much.

Yes, if you have the time and patience to put together over 900 parts, then it s a "must have"! The fit is almost perfect, the level of detail amazing, the instructions with very few mistakes and the accuracy top high! Once completed, it looks impressive.

Cheers!

Hi, guys!

UPDATE

Slow progress here due work overload:
I applied a subtle wash on the underside of the tanks and tracks, as well as on the turret:

The difference between before and after isn't all that obvious, but the small detail is popping out better now. Perhaps I'm going to add some pin-wash to the joint lines and bolt heads.

Thank you for following!

More updates soon.

Cheers!

Hi, guys!
FINAL UPDATE

Finally all done!
"Paint chips", "scratches", "rust", "dust" it's all there with moderation, because I wanted to represent an used AFV, but not in combat. Please enjoy the following photo gallery:

A feature with the build and a step-by step description of it will be published soon on the site. I'm also working on the building and painting videos for my YT channel which are going to be also published, probably in this blog.

Thank you everyone for following ans specially to John and Sasa for their involvement and their help.

Happy New Modeling Year!
