I know there is a replacement gun barrel that has the correct gun mantle cover sagging which the kit part does not do correctly.

in the same amount of time it will take you to read this, i found this: https://www.scalemates.com/search.php?q=%22AS-90%22%201:35&fkSECTION[]=Kits

gun barrels, photoetch, resin, tracks... everything you'd need to make a gem out of a basically sound kit.

Plus, there is always PMMS, https://www.perthmilitarymodelling.com/reviews/vehicles/trumpeter/tr00324const.htm

you're welcome

It’s not a bad kit but as said requires some effort to make a decent model from it .
But are we not modellers. I used some accurate armour stuff and replaced the tracks and it has a full scratch interior..it was a fun build for me .

Roy,

A mate of mine - Pete Smith runs - a modelling blog; he tackled 2 x AS 90s a couple of years ago; see:

https://petesmodelworld.blogspot.com/2016/04/

Quite a protracted build but he came out with a pair of fantastic models.

I also think Terry's models must go some way to provide inspiration!
