Really nice, looks good with the addition of the rail cars. I imagine it takes up a lot of room.

Thanks Gents! An honor to be among such fine company as the others On Display here at Armorama! Indeed it does. It's 60" long on the base and required a special shelf to be installed just to keep the cats away from it. :-)

Nice looking model but, it is weathered entirely wrong for a steam locomotive. There should be Alkali stains on the top of the boiler in front of the cab, there shouldn't be any rust as rust is death to a steam locomotive. there should also be soot coating the top of the boiler and the cab. There should be grime along the wheels. grease stains where the rods attatch to the driving wheels. there should be white dusting around the outside of the lead drive wheels from the sand that is used to provide traction. The flanges and portions of the wheels that contact the rail should be shiny not dull. The inside and that outside of the smoke stack should be carbon black in color Ch
