Maxime Lévesque shares some pictures of his South Korea BMP 3 from Trumpeter. It was painted with Vallejo Acrylics and weathered with MIG and Vallejo pigments and oils. A beautiful job on the camo and weathering Maxime!

Maxime, you have built a wonderful model that appears to have been assembled flawlessly, painted beautifully, and weathered exceptionally. And you educated me - I had no idea that ROK has been buying Russian weapons for decades!

Hi; The BMP-3 was part of A re-payment deal with Russia along with A Batch of T-80s. The ROK Army use them as part of OPFORE training, the BMP-3s and T-80s were painted in the Export Color Sceme of sand grey, lite green, and red brown. The old Concord Book on the BMP-3 is A Good source of Info; and is Excellent. CHEERS; MIKE.
