Panther Beob Observation Tank

After his in-box review, Sal built and painted Dragon’s Panther BeoB. Wg. V Observation Tank kit #6821 in 1/35 scale. The kit went together quite easily as there were no PE, clear or metal parts and one piece DS tracks were provided. After a base coat of Dunkelgelb, painters masking tape was used to form the geometric camouflage patterns. The tank was painted with all acrylics, mainly Tamiya Paints and homemade acrylic washes were used afterwards. A few fit issues were experienced as the idler wheels and drive sprockets were too loose and the upper hull was too short in length to fit the lower hull
