Gary built Meng's rendition of Germany's first tank - the A7V pretty much out of the box. The only additions are turned brass muzzles for the Maxim MGs and lead wire to represent the cooling jacket hoses. He finished it off with acrylics, oils and pigments.

Usual childhood of making Auirfix kits which dropped off the radar once further education was started. Picked up the scalpel again some 25 years later finding that the hobby has changed big time - but just as enjoyable.
