Academy T-34/76

  • move
Byeol built this Academy T-34/76 kit with the Miniart track set and Def Model detail up set. He painted it 4B0 Russian Green from Ammo by Mig with a whitewash using the hairspray method for chipping. The snow is from Andrea Miniatures.

Only thing I could ask for would be a figure or two. You did such a great job would love to see what you would do with a little guy or two. Thank You!!!

Byeol, incredible work! This is inspiring to me! I need to do one of my T-34s now in winter camouflage. Great work! You are incredibly skilled.

Fantastic. Looks as though you really captured the worn, chipped winter camo look.

Nice, I especially like the rational weathering/wear & tear.

Looks great, though I have to agree about the inclusion of at least one figurine.

Brilliant job Byeol! I’d call that almost faultless construction and painting, it’s totally convincing. As well as a crew it would look superb in a snowscape diorama. The reason for “almost”: maybe there are picture references to prove me wrong – I hope so – but I’m not sure the red star & emblem would have been painted on top of the winter whitewash, more likely painted around, leaving some green base showing. On the other hand I guess it could be argued the tank was built in the winter
